Serves 4
1/1.5kg of pork rib or pork collar
40g of ginger
2 garlic cloves
50g of green onions
1 Korean pear
2 tablespoons of Honey & Balsamic mustard
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 bottle of Coca Cola
Salt & pepper
Step 1
Cut the meat into 1.5cm by 3cm pieces.
Step 2
In a blender, mix altogether the ginger, garlic, green onions, Korean pear and the mustard. Put it in a bowl and add the soy sauce as well as the soda. Mix again.
Step 3
Put the pieces of meat in the mixture and let it marinate for 12 to 24 hours.
Step 4
Remove the sauce and plant the meat on wooden sticks. Cook the meat to your taste on a Korean grill pan. Serve instantly with rice and Honey & Balsamic mustard on the side.
